Manage your DraftKings notifications—including login alerts, marketing emails, promotional mail offers, and product settings all in one place.

On the DraftKings Sportsbook & Casino App:

1. Log into your DraftKings Account.
2. Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.
3. Tap Notification Preferences from the menu.
4. Manage your settings:

• You'll see notification options grouped by category like Account, Marketing, or other DraftKings products like Sportsbook and Casino.
  • More products will be available at a later time.
• Use the toggles to turn notifications ON or OFF.
• If your iOS or Android device’s push notifications are disabled within your device’s settings, you'll see a prompt to Turn On notifications.

On a Desktop/Laptop:

1. Log into your DraftKings account.
2. Click your profile icon and go to Account Information.
3. Click Notification Preferences in the left-hand menu.

• • You'll see notification options grouped by category like Account, Marketing, or other DraftKings products like Sportsbook and Casino.
  • More products will be available at a later time.
  • Use the toggles to turn notifications ON or OFF.

Notification Types You Can Manage

• Login Alerts (Email): Get an email every time your account is accessed.
• Marketing Promotions: Receive DraftKings email promos.
• Postal Mail: Receive or stop promotional mail for specific DraftKings products.
• Product Notifications (Email, Push): Manage both push and email notifications based on the product you’re using. 

Note: New notification options by product may be added over time. Check back regularly to customize your preferences.

Do I need to change my settings again after this update?

• No need to re-opt-in, your existing preferences were carried over.

I received a promotional piece of mail from DraftKings, but I opted out a few days ago. Why did this happen, and am I really off the mailing list?

• If you recently opted out of receiving promotional postal mail, please allow at least 3 to 5 business days for your preferences to update.

Is opting out of promotional postal mail the same as opting out of receiving all marketing communications?

• No. To opt out of email marketing, you’ll need to switch off an additional toggle in the preference center as shown in the example below.

I no longer want to receive promotional Sportsbook mail, but I still want to receive Casino promotion mail. Can I opt out of receiving mail for just one product?

• Yes! You can update the notification preferences for each product from your account notification preferences.
