Requirements
- A prior Online Banking deposit to DraftKings from your bank account.
- The bank account used for withdrawals must be in your name.
- Note: You can not use business banking accounts to deposit or withdraw on DraftKings.
Limitations
- Online banking withdrawal amount cannot exceed one hundred thousand U.S. dollars ($100,000) per transaction.
- DraftKings does not permit the use of business accounts.
How To Withdraw Via Online Banking
- Navigate to your withdrawal page.
- Once on the withdrawal landing page, enter the amount you'd like to withdraw and select Continue.
- Select the Online Banking option. At the bottom of the page, you'll see the option to add a new account.
- After selecting Add New Account, the bank selection menu will appear for you to search for and select your bank.
- Once you've selected the bank you'd like to use, you'll be prompted to provide your login information for your financial institution to connect your bank account.
- After successfully logging in to your financial institution using the bank’s portal, you'll need to select the bank account you want to link to your DraftKings account for withdrawals.
- After selecting your bank account and the linking process is complete, you'll be brought back to the DraftKings withdrawal page and select Request Withdrawal.
- Upon selecting Request Withdrawal, you'll need to complete Two Factor Authentication (2FA) via SMS text message or Email for the withdrawal request to be processed.

What if my bank doesn’t approve the withdrawal request?
If a withdrawal is declined by your bank account, the funds will be returned to your DraftKings account.
Important Note: The decline and return of the funds to your DraftKings account can take ten to twelve (10-12) business days to process.
What if I withdrew my funds to a closed bank account?
If you have withdrawn funds to a closed bank account, and the withdrawal can’t be canceled, the funds will be sent to the closed account. Since the account is closed, the withdrawal will be declined by the bank and returned to your DraftKings account.

I recently moved and updated my address with my bank, do I need to update my address with DraftKings?
Yes, in order to withdraw funds from your DraftKings account to your bank account, the address on file for DraftKings would need to match the address listed on your bank account.
To do so, please complete the following steps:
- Log into your DraftKings account using this link, or through your preferred app.
- Tap on the profile icon at the top left.
- Tap on Personal Information.
- Tap Edit on your Verified Address.
- Update your address on file.
- Tap Save.
Important Note: P.O. Boxes will not be accepted as a valid address.
Do I need to add the account each time I want to make a withdrawal?
Once an initial withdrawal is completed, the added bank account will be available for future withdrawal requests. Please note that adding a new account for withdrawals won't make it available as a deposit method.
