Upon approval of your Cash at Cage withdrawal request, an email notification will be sent. You can then collect your cash withdrawal at the specified Cage location within one (1) hour of receiving the notification.

How do I withdraw from my DraftKings account using Cash at Cage?

  1. Log into your DraftKings account.
  2. Tap your profile photo in the top left corner of the app or the top right on a desktop. 
  3. On the Withdraw Funds page, enter an amount for How much do you want to withdraw?
  4. Select Continue.
  5. Select In Person.
  6. After Selecting In Person, you will then be able to select the desired Cage location.
  7. Tap Request Withdrawal.
  8. Once your Cash at Cage withdrawal request is approved, you will receive an email notification. 
    • Wait one hour after receiving the notification before picking up your withdrawal.
  9. To collect your withdrawal, present a valid form of identification such as a driver's license, passport, or government-issued ID at a participating Cage location.

Why was my Cash at Cage withdrawal canceled?

Cage withdrawals can be canceled for various reasons, and DraftKings reserves the right to decline withdrawals and to enforce its withdrawal policies in accordance with the Terms of Use.

  • To withdraw cash at the Cage, play through your latest deposit in full. 
  • Please note that the address associated with your recent deposit methods MUST match the address we have on file for your DraftKings account.

How long do I have to pick up my Cash at Cage withdrawal?

Withdrawals via Cash at Cage will be held for seven (7) days. If the funds are not picked up within the seven (7) day timeframe, the withdrawal will be canceled, and the funds returned to your DraftKings account.
