What are DraftKings ' withdrawal policies?
When requesting a withdrawal, you may need to verify your identity. Below are key points to keep in mind regarding DraftKings' withdrawal policies:
Eligibility for Withdrawal
- Earnings and Winnings: Only earnings and winnings are eligible for withdrawal. Pending bonuses or any other promotional credits can't be withdrawn.
- Deposited Funds: Deposited funds are eligible for withdrawal to the same payment method. Note that funds deposited to obtain bonus offers may be subject to bonus forfeiture.
- Limited Gameplay: Withdrawals may be canceled due to limited gameplay per our Terms of Use.
Processing and Limitations
- Payment Source: DraftKings reserves the right to process withdrawals back to the payment source used for deposits.
- No Business Accounts: Withdrawals to business accounts are not permitted.
- Jurisdictional Limitations: Not all withdrawal methods are available in all jurisdictions.

How to withdraw via the app
- Log into your DraftKings app.
- Tap your balance in the top-right corner.
- Tap Withdraw.
- On the Withdraw Funds page, enter an amount.
- Tap Request Withdrawal.
How to withdraw funds from desktop or laptop
- Log into DraftKings on desktop.
- Click your profile photo in the top right corner of the homepage.
- Click Withdraw.
- On the Withdraw Funds page, enter an amount.
- Tap Continue.
- Select How would you like to receive your funds?
- Tap Request Withdrawal.
How do I request a refund?
In some cases, you may see a refundable balance in your DraftKings account. If a deposit is eligible for a refund, you can initiate the refund directly from your account.
How to request a refund
- Log into your DraftKings app.
- Tap your balance profile photo in the top rightcorner.
- Scroll down and tap Withdraw.
- Review your balance. If you have funds eligible for a refund, they'll appear on the Refund page.
- Select the deposit transaction you want refunded. Refunds are tied to eligible deposit transactions.
- Confirm and submit your refund request.
- Wait for the funds to return to the original payment method. If the refund is successful, the funds will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
What are the Refund Processing Times?
Keep in mind the typical time frames for when you can expect your refund once it has been processed:
- PayPal payments: Less than 24 hours
- Card payments: 3-5 business days
- Venmo payments: Less than 24 hours
