Two-factor authentication (“2FA”) is an extra layer of security for your account that requires a second verification method (SMS, email verification, authentication apps, etc.) in addition to just a username and password. Depending on your location, you may be required to complete 2FA via SMS text message or email (where available) when signing in.

• To add an additional layer of security to your account, you can enable 2FA via SMS text message at every login within the Account Center.

After enabling 2FA, your login process is as follows:

1. Navigate to DraftKings via the DraftKings app, mobile web, or desktop and tap Log In.
2. On the login page, enter your email address and password and tap Log In.
3. Check your phone for a unique code from DraftKings. When prompted on the login page, enter the unique code.

Important Note: DraftKings Customer Support will never ask you for the code that was sent to your device. If someone asks you for the code, please change your password immediately.
