During the transition from DK Horse to DraftKings Racing, some customers may see their balances move from DK Horse to their DraftKings account. Below are the common reasons why funds may migrate.

1. You Were Eligible for Automatic Migration

If you met all eligibility requirements at the time of migration, your DK Horse balance may have been automatically transferred to your DraftKings account for use on DraftKings Racing.

Eligibility generally includes:

• A verified DraftKings account
• Matching residential address information
• Meeting state residency requirements
• Meeting age requirements

If all criteria were satisfied, funds were migrated to provide uninterrupted access to racing.

2. Your State of Residency Supports DraftKings Racing

DraftKings Racing availability is based on your state of residency. If you reside in a state where DraftKings Racing is permitted and your account is in good standing, your funds may have migrated accordingly.

Please Note: If DraftKings Racing is not available in your state, funds would not migrate and may instead be returned by check.

3. Your Account Information Matched Across Platforms

To complete migration, certain account details—such as your residential address—must match across both accounts.

If your information aligned properly, your funds may have been eligible to migrate to your DraftKings account.

If your addresses did not match, migration may have been delayed or prevented until corrected.

4. You Completed Required Verification

In some cases, identity verification or account confirmation may have been required before funds could migrate.

If verification was completed successfully, your funds may have been transferred to DraftKings Racing.

5. Regulatory or Compliance Requirements

Migration of funds is subject to state regulations and compliance standards. If your account met all applicable requirements, your balance was transferred as part of the platform transition.

What If My Funds Did Not Migrate?

Please note: Funds may migrate from DK Horse to DraftKings Racing on a rolling basis, as DraftKings Racing becomes available in different states. 

If DraftKings Racing is available in your state, and your funds did not migrate:

• A check may be issued for your remaining DK Horse balance; or
• You may need to update account information (such as your address) to restore eligibility.

If you wish to place wagers on DraftKings Racing, you can also make a new deposit through your DraftKings account at any time.
