If you qualify to receive tax forms (IRS Forms 1099/W-2G) from DraftKings, you can expect to receive them through the Financial Center no later than January 31, 2024. Completing Two-Factor Authentication is required to download each form.
- Customers located in Oregon can locate their 2023 W-2G directly in the Financial Center online or via application.
- The Oregon Lottery also mails players for a W-2G for each individual transaction. If you are in Oregon and are looking for a W-2G from 2022 or earlier, please contact the DraftKings Customer Support Team.
