Where can my deposited funds be used?
For players located in Maryland, Massachusetts, and Tennessee, deposits can only be used on the product where the deposit is made (i.e., a fantasy sports deposit or a gaming deposit). In these jurisdictions, deposited funds cannot be used across or transferred between DraftKings’ products.
For all other jurisdictions, refer to the information below to learn about available use of funds across products.
Gaming products include Casino and Sportsbook. Fantasy products include Fantasy Sports, and Pick6.
If I deposit to a Gaming product, can I use the funds on Fantasy?
