1. To begin placing wagers on DraftKings Sportsbook, you must first create an account. This process can be completed on your computer or mobile device.
2. You must complete an in-person verification process at the following location:

3. Upon arrival, please ensure that your location, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi settings are enabled on your device. You will receive a pop-up notification confirming that you have been successfully geolocated on casino property.
4. Once you have been successfully geolocated on casino property, proceed to the counter of the Sportsbook. You will be asked to provide a valid government-issued form of identification and your DraftKings username.
5. Patrons can only complete this process daily during the Sportsbook operational hours (10am-4am AST).
If you originally registered your DraftKings account while residing in one of the 50 U.S. states and have since relocated to Puerto Rico, you will need to update the address on your DraftKings account in order to play. Yes. DraftKings must verify your location to ensure wagering only occurs where it’s permitted. Location Services must be enabled in order to complete registration and place bets.
If you’re using an iOS device, please make sure both Location Services and Precise Location are enabled in your device settings. If Precise Location is disabled, you’ll need to re-enable it before continuing.
