Request a callback

If you’re a US or Ontario, Canada based Sportsbook or Casino customer, you can also request a callback via the Chatbot.

  • Important Note: The option to request a callback is only available for logged in Sportsbook and Casino customers within the US. Callback isn’t available for Fantasy Sports customers. 
  • Callback requests are processed by weighing the severity of the issue and your place in the queue as Player Advocates are available. A Player Advocate may also reach out to you via email if your request could be better handled via email. If your callback request is approved, a Player Advocate will call you at the number you provided in your request.
