Play-through Requirement Not Met

At DraftKings, all deposited funds must be played through at least once before they can be withdrawn. Once the deposited funds have been played through, any winnings may be withdrawn. If a withdrawal is requested before meeting this requirement, it will be canceled. 

How It Works:

• For example, if you deposit $20, you must place $20 worth of bets or entry fees in contests before withdrawing any winnings.
• Once the requirement is met, any winnings are available for withdrawal.
• If you choose not to play through your deposit, it may be refunded to the original payment method.

Additionally, bonus or promotional funds may have their own play-through requirements. These may vary depending on the promotion, so be sure to check the details of the specific bonus or promotion before requesting a withdrawal.

Incorrect Address for Check Withdrawals

Check withdrawals can only be sent to the verified address on file. If the provided address does not match the address on file, the withdrawal may be canceled.
