1. Log into your preferred DraftKings app.
2. Tap on the profile icon at the top left.
3. Tap on Personal Information.
4. Tap Edit on your Verified Address.
5. Update your address on file.
6. Tap Save.
   • Important Note: P.O. Boxes will not be accepted as a valid address.

Desktop

1. Log into DraftKings.
2. Click your Username listed on the top left
3. Click Account Information
4. In Personal Information, click Edit on your Verified Address.
5. Update your address on file.
6. Click Save.

Why is it important? The address on file can affect the following

• Ability to deposit.
  • For security reasons, your DraftKings account address must match the address on your bank account. 
    • This helps ensure that your deposits go through without trouble.
• Receipt of tax documents.
  
  • If you receive tax documents by mail, they'll be sent to the address on file.
    • To avoid any issues, make sure your W9 form is up-to-date with your current address.
    • Tax documents are sent to the address listed on file unless you have selected to receive your tax documents electronically.
• Withdrawals via check.
  • If you request to withdraw funds via check, the DraftKings Customer Support Team will send the check to the address listed on file for your DraftKings account.
    • Thus, you should update your address on file for your DraftKings account so your check can be sent to the proper location.
    • Keeping this information current ensures your check arrives at the right place.
