The DraftKings Customer Support Team will request that you upload proof of residence documentation to the secure document center.

The address on file can affect the following:

• Ability to deposit.
  • The address on file for your DraftKings account must match the address registered on your bank account in order to deposit to DraftKings.
• Receipt of tax documents.
  • Players need to update their W-8 BEN forms with the correct address. Tax documents are sent to the address listed on file unless you have selected to receive your tax documents electronically.
• Withdrawals via check.
  • If you request to withdraw funds via check, the DraftKings Customer Support Team will send the check to the address listed on file for your DraftKings account. Thus, you should update your address on file for your DraftKings account so your check can be sent to the proper location.
