How can I use DK Dollars?

DK Dollars are accessible across all DraftKings platforms. They can be used to enter real-money fantasy contests, to place Sportsbook and Casino wagers. 

If you have DK Dollars available, they will be used automatically prior to any cash in your balance when entering a contest, placing a wager.

 

Can I Withdraw DK Dollars?

No, DK Dollars cannot be withdrawn from the site and require a one time play through. DK Dollars have no cash value, are non-transferable, and non-refundable. 

 

What happens if I enter a contest or place a wager with DK Dollars and win?

Once DK Dollars are used they will not be returned to your balance.

If you use DK Dollars to enter a fantasy contest, you will receive any winnings in cash. If you use DK Dollars to place a wager and win, you will receive cash for both the stake and winnings. 

Examples:

Daily Fantasy

If you use $5 DK Dollars to enter a contest and finish in a position with a $10 prize, your account will be credited with $10 in cash. Just like if you paid your entry fee in cash, your $5 DK Dollars entry fee is not returned to your account. 

Sportsbook

If you place a wager with $5 DK Dollars at +100 odds and win, you will receive a total of $10 in cash. Your $5 DK Dollars stake will be converted to cash because it has been played through, and you will receive your winnings as $5 cash. 

Casino

If you place a wager with $5 DK Dollars on Blackjack at 3:2 odds and win, your account will be credited a total of $12.50 in cash. Your $5 DK Dollars stake will be converted to cash because it has been played through, and you will receive your winnings as $7.50 cash.

 

How do I know if I have DK Dollars available?

DK Dollars can be located in your account balance and your transaction history.

 

To locate your DK Dollars balance via desktop or laptop:

Daily Fantasy

1. Log into DraftKings Fantasy.
2. Hover your mouse over your Username in the upper right corner.
3. Select Account Information.
4. Under Account Details, select View Balance Details.
5. At the bottom of the page under Bonuses, your DK Dollars balance will be reflected.

Sportsbook and Casino

1. Log into DraftKings Sportsbook.
2. Hover your mouse over your Username in the upper right corner.
3. Select Account Information.
4. Under Playable Balance, your available DK Dollars will be reflected in your Bonuses balance.
