How do I manage my two-factor authentication (2FA)? (US)


Manage your two-factor authentication (2FA) by following the steps below:

 

How to manage 2FA on the DraftKings Fantasy Sports app

  1. Log into the DraftKings Daily Fantasy app.
  2. Tap on the profile icon at the top right.
  3. Select Login & Security.
  4. Toggle ON/OFF Receive SMS next in the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) section.
  5. In the Two-Factor Authentication pop-up window, enter your mobile phone number and tap Send Verification code. 
  6. Enter the 2FA code sent to your mobile phone and toggle ON 2FA.
    • To disable 2FA, follow the steps shown below and toggle OFF 2FA.

How to manage 2FA on the DraftKings Sportsbook & Casino apps

  1. Log into the DraftKings Casino or Sportsbook apps.
  2. Tap your profile photo and select Login In & Security.
  3. Select Login Security Preferences. 
  4. Toggle ON/OFF Receive SMS next in the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) section.
  5. In the Two-Factor Authentication pop-up window, enter your mobile phone number and tap Send Verification code. 
  6. Enter the 2FA code sent to your mobile phone and toggle ON 2FA.
    • Important note: You will not be able to disable 2FA for DraftKings Sportsbook or Casino products.

 

How to manage 2FA via desktop or laptop

  1. Log into DraftKings. 
  2. Click your profile photo and select Account Information. 
  3. On the left rail, click Login & Security. 
  4. Toggle ON/OFF Receive SMS next in the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) section.
  5. In the Two-Factor Authentication pop-up window, enter your mobile phone number and click Send Verification code
    • Important note: You will not be able to disable 2FA for DraftKings Sportsbook or Casino products.

  1. Log into DraftKings. 
  2. Tap the three-line Menu icon in the top left corner. 
  3. On the left rail, tap the gear Settings icon.
  4. Tap Account Information. 
  5. From the My Account dropdown in the center of the screen, select Login & Security. 
  6. Toggle ON/OFF Receive SMS next in the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) section.
  7. In the Two-Factor Authentication pop-up window, enter your mobile phone number and click Send Verification code.
    • Important note: You will not be able to disable 2FA for DraftKings Sportsbook or Casino products.

Updating Your Phone Number for 2FA

If you've changed your phone number, follow these steps to update it on your DraftKings account. This will ensure you can continue receiving 2FA codes to log in securely.

 

On the DraftKings Sportsbook & Casino App

  1. Log in to the DraftKings Sportsbook or Casino app.
  2. Tap on the profile icon at the top right.
  3. Go to Login & Security and select Login Security Preferences.
  4. Select Edit Number and enter your updated phone number.
  5. Tap Save Number, and verify the number by entering the code sent to your new phone.

 

On the DraftKings Fantasy Sports App

  1. Log in to the DraftKings Daily Fantasy app.
  2. Tap on the profile icon at the top right.
  3. Go to Login & Security and select Edit Number.
  4. Enter your new phone number, tap Save Number, and confirm with the code sent.

 

On the DraftKings Website (Desktop or Laptop)

  1. Open the DraftKings website.
  2. Click your account username at the top right and go to Account Information.
  3. Select Login & Security.
  4. Under Edit Number, enter your new phone number, then tap Save Number and confirm with the code.

 

Note: If your state requires 2FA, you may need to re-enable it after updating your phone number.

The DraftKings Customer Support Team will never ask you to confirm a code that was sent to your device. If someone asks you for the code, please change your password immediately.
