DraftKings customers can manage the sharing of their personal information with third parties for marketing, advertising, or analytics purposes.

Visit the “Login & Security” section of your DraftKings account to find the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" toggle in your account settings. This toggle will be referred to as the “data sharing toggle" throughout this page.

The default setting of this toggle may vary depending on your location. 

• Turning OFF data sharing means DraftKings won't share your personal information with third parties for marketing, advertising, or analytics.
• Turning ON data sharing means your personal information will be shared with third parties for marketing, advertising, or analytics.

How to manage your Data Sharing settings from the DraftKings Fantasy Sports app

• Tap on the profile icon in the top right of the app home page.
• Scroll down and tap on “Login & Security”.
• Under Privacy, adjust the data sharing preferences via the data sharing toggle. 
  • Setting the toggle to "OFF" will turn off data sharing settings. 
  • Setting the toggle to “ON” will enable data sharing settings.

How to manage your Data Sharing settings from the DraftKings Sportsbook or Casino apps 

• Tap on the profile icon in the top right of the app home page.
• Scroll down and click on “Log In & Security”.
• Select “Login Security Preferences”.
• Under Privacy, adjust data sharing preferences via the data sharing toggle. 
  • Setting the toggle to "OFF" will turn off data sharing settings. 
  • Setting the toggle to “ON” will enable data sharing settings.

• Select “Account Information”.

• Tap the three horizontal line symbols in the top left of the home page.
• Tap “Settings”.
• Tap “Account Information”.
• Then, tap “Login & Security” from the drop down menu.
• Under Privacy, adjust data sharing preferences via the data sharing toggle.
  • Setting the toggle to "OFF" will turn off data sharing settings. 
  • Setting the toggle to “ON” will enable data sharing settings.
