How do I forfeit my Casino Bonus Funds?


Before forfeiting your bonus, please note that forfeitures are non-reversible.

 

How to forfeit your Casino Deposit Bonus or Casino Bonus Funds via the DraftKings app

  1. Log into the DraftKings Casino app.
  2. Tap Rewards in the bottom right corner.
  3. Select the promotion you are opted into and tap track your progress.
  4. Tap the Forfeit Bonus Funds at the bottom of the promotional offer.
  5. A pop-up window will appear and ask if you wish to forfeit.
  6. Tap Yes, Forfeit My Bonus to confirm your forfeiture.

  1. Log into the DraftKings Casino app.
  2. Tap on the profile icon at the top right.
  3. Navigate to the Financial Center.
  4. Tap Statements & Transactions.
  5. Go to the Balances tab.
  6. Scroll down to the Bonuses section.
  7. Tap the button Forfeit Bonus.
  8. A pop-up window will appear and ask if you wish to forfeit.
  9. Tap Yes, Forfeit My Bonus to confirm your forfeiture.

  1. Navigate to DraftKings Casino and log in.
  2. Click on the Promotions.

  3. In the dropdown menu, click Account Information.
  4. Navigate to the Financial Center.
  5. Go to the Balances tab.
  6. Scroll down to the Bonuses section.
  7. Click the button Forfeit Bonus.
  8. A pop-up window will appear and ask if you wish to forfeit.
  9. Click Yes, Forfeit My Bonus to confirm your forfeiture.

Important Information

Forfeiting your Casino Bonus Funds will result in the loss of any remaining Casino Bonus Funds and any winnings associated with your Casino Bonus Funds.

As an example only: You deposited $100 for a Casino Deposit Bonus with a 100% deposit match of $100 Casino Bonus Funds.

You wagered $20 in Slots of your original deposit and won $40. 

If you forfeit, you'll lose the $100 Casino Bonus Funds and the $20 from your original deposit that you wagered in Slots. However, you'll still get back $120, which includes $80 from your original deposit and $40 in winnings from your original deposit. In this example, $120 will be available for withdrawal after you forfeit.
