DraftKings - How do I change the email address on my DraftKings account? (US)

Visit the Login & Security page to change your email on file.
Please don't attempt to create a new account if you've lost your login details.
If you don't have access to the email associated with your DraftKings account, are unable to sign in, and need to change the email associated with your account, contact the DraftKings Customer Support Team.

Learn how to update your email with the options below

Log into the DraftKings app.
Tap on the profile icon at the top right.
Tap Log In & Security.
Tap Login Security Preferences (for Casino and Sportsbook apps).
Select Change email, and enter your new email address
- You will need to confirm your email address.
Select Change Email.
A Two-Factor Authentication pop-up window will appear, and the 2FA code will be sent to your new email.
Enter the 2FA code that was sent to your new email and Select Verify.
The updated email address will now be listed on the Login & Security page of your account.
