How to update your password if you’re able to login

 

How to reset your password from within your account via the DraftKings app

  1. Log into your DraftKings app.
  2. Tap your profile photo in the top right corner.
  3. Under General tap Log in & Security.
  4. Tap Login Security Preferences.
  5. Tap Update Password under Logging in.
  6. Enter your Current Password and New Password then tap Change Password.

How to reset your password from within your account via desktop or laptop

  1. Log into DraftKings.
  2. Click your Username in the top right corner.
  3. Select Account Information from the dropdown that appears.
  4. In the left rail, select Login & Security.
    • Note: If you’re accessing DraftKings on a smaller device, the left rail may be moved to a dropdown in the top middle of your screen.
  5. Click Update Password, under Logging in.
  6. Enter your Current Password and New Password then click Change Password.

Didn’t receive the password reset email?

 

 

Step-by-step instructions to reset your password if you're unable to access your account

1. Click/Tap “Forgot Password” on the login page or Click/Tap the following link and enter the email address associated with your DraftKings account to request the password reset https://myaccount.draftkings.com/resetpassword. The email should be received within 15 minutes. 

2. Click the black “Reset Password” box to be redirected to the password reset page.

3. Create your new DraftKings password. 

 4. Click/Tap “Save and Continue". The Save and Continue button will change from grey to black once your password meets all requirements. 

 5. You’ll be directed to a page to verify your identity.

 6. If you chose to verify through SMS text, input the code sent to the number associated with your DraftKings account. If you chose to verify by entering personal information:

Important note: If you receive an error message, after clicking “Verify”, stating “Your information does not match what we have on file”, please contact the DraftKings Customer Support Team for assistance.

 7. Once your information is verified, you'll see a confirmation message that your password has been successfully updated. You can then log in to your account using your new password.
