Opting out of a deposit method will remove the option to select the deposit method on your deposit page.
If you opt-out of specific deposit methods and decide you would like to use that deposit method in the future you will need to contact DraftKings Customer Support Team.
If I opt-out of a deposit method will I still be able to withdraw to it?
Yes, opting out of a deposit method will not impact the availability of a method for withdrawals or any eligible refunds.
How can I opt-out of a deposit method via web?
- Log in to your DraftKings account.
- Navigate to your Financial Center.
- Click Deposit Methods.
4. Toggle ‘off’ the deposit method(s) you do not wish to use on your DraftKings account. In the example below, PayPal has been toggled off to represent this payment method being opted-out of.

Once this is complete, you will receive a pop-up message to provide acknowledgement that to re-enable any deposit methods you have opted-out of, you will need to contact DraftKings Customer Support Team. Click Confirm to provide this acknowledgement and opt-out of your selected deposit method(s).
How can I opt-out of a deposit method via the DraftKings app?
- Log in to your DraftKings account.
- Tap your profile icon in the top right corner within your app.
- Under Playable Balance, select Financial Center.
- Tap Statements & Transactions.
- At the top of your screen scroll right and tap Deposit Methods.
