Football Moonshot is a live betting experience on DraftKings Sportsbook. Place a wager before a round starts and choose a target payout multiplier. Qualifying football plays increase the round's multiplier. Your wager wins if the multiplier reaches your target. You can also cash out between plays while the round is live.
An incomplete pass or offensive turnover ends the round. If that happens before your wager reaches its target or you cash out, your active wager settles as a loss.
Football Moonshot is available in: Alberta, Arkansas, Arizona, Colorado, Washington D.C., Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Maine, Michigan, Missouri, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia, Vermont, Washington, West Virginia, and Wyoming.
Select your stake and target payout multiplier before the round starts. Neither can change after you place your wager.
Watch qualifying plays increase the multiplier from its starting value of 0.00x.
If the multiplier meets or exceeds your target, your wager wins and pays at your selected target, even if a play pushes the multiplier higher.
You may accept an offered cash-out value between plays while your wager remains active.
If an incomplete pass or offensive turnover ends the round first, unresolved wagers settle as losses.
You cannot bet on a round that has already started. The next round may be available to bet on while the current round is live.

Action values double beginning with the second scoring event of a round and again with each additional scoring event. They also double on the 10th rush or pass and every fifth rush or pass thereafter. These bonuses compound and reset with each new round.
Example: You place a $10 wager at a 3.0x target. If the round multiplier reaches or passes 3.0x, your wager pays $30 at your selected target. If you cash out first, your payout is the offered cash-out value you accepted.
A round starts on a qualifying rush or pass snapped outside the opponent's 20-yard line. Its market label identifies the incomplete pass or offensive turnover that would end the round within a half, such as "1H - Before 3rd Incompletion/Offensive Turnover." Rounds are not tied to one team.
Red Zone: Rounds cannot start at or inside the opponent's 20-yard line. Plays before a round starts, including touchdowns, do not count toward the multiplier or end the round. Wagering on upcoming rounds is suspended while the ball is inside the 20-yard line and resumes once it moves outside.
Unstarted Rounds: If the designated incompletion or offensive turnover occurs before a round starts, the wager is voided and the stake is returned. A round may start later in a drive if the offense moves back outside the 20-yard line.
End of Half/Game: If a round has started and reaches halftime or the end of the game without an incompletion or offensive turnover, active wagers settle at the current multiplier, even if below 1.00x. Rounds that never start are voided, and stakes are returned.
Overtime: Rounds do not carry over between halves or overtime periods. Each period begins with a new round count.
Spikes & Kneels: Spikes count as incomplete passes and end the round. Kneels count as negative rushing plays and do not increase the multiplier.
An incomplete pass or offensive turnover ends an active round. Offensive turnovers include interceptions, lost fumbles, turnovers on downs, and safeties. Unresolved wagers settle as losses.
Punts, field goal attempts, kickoffs, extra points, and two-point tries do not increase the multiplier or end the round.
You may accept an offered cash-out value between plays while the round is live and your wager remains active.
Your stake and target payout multiplier cannot be changed after you place a wager.
Bets cannot be placed on a round that has already started.
An incomplete pass or offensive turnover ends the round and settles unresolved wagers as losses.
Kicked-ball plays do not increase the multiplier or end the round.
Penalties: Plays overturned or nullified by penalties do not count toward the round. Plays that remain official count based on their recorded statistics. First downs awarded through penalties increase the multiplier, but penalty yardage does not.
Intentional Grounding & Illegal Forward Passes: Record Officially as incomplete passes, and will end the round.
Bonus Multipliers: Field goals and special teams touchdowns count toward scoring-event bonuses even though they do not directly increase the multiplier.
