During checkout, you may click the shopping bag icon next to the Dynasty Rewards logo to return to your cart. If you want to remove an item from your cart, click the trash can logo next to the quantity selector.
If a manufacturer discontinues or changes an item's availability after your order is placed:
Once your order has been processed, you'll receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, you'll receive a second email with tracking information.
You can also see your complete rewards store order history at any time by navigating to the Dynasty Rewards Store and selecting My Orders from the My Account menu.Although most reward selections go very smoothly, occasionally you may experience an issue. If you're unsure about what to do next, we recommend returning to the Dynasty Rewards Store and then clicking the Cart icon to return to the redemption flow.
