How long do I have to earn Crowns and Tier Credits?
- Tier leveling: Tier Credits earned between January 3rd, 12:00 AM PST until January 2nd, 11:59 PM PST of the following year count towards your Tier Level. However, your Tier Credits count resets each calendar year on January 3rd at 12:00 AM PST.
- Rewards Store: Crowns earned at any time count towards your available balance in the Dynasty Rewards Store and can accumulate for multiple years.
How do I know how many Crowns and Tier Credits I have?
- You can view your Crowns balance on the My Account page or in the Dynasty Hub.
- Tier Credits earned year-to-date will be displayed in the Dynasty Hub below your current Status.
How do I determine my current tier status?
You can check your current tier and progress towards the next tier from the Dynasty homepage.
If I’m part of another VIP or Rewards program, will DraftKings match my level in Dynasty?
If you have VIP or equivalent Rewards status at another casino, sportsbook, or online gaming operator, you can request a tier match review.
How long will I stay at the same Tier?
Once you reach a tier, you’ll stay at that tier for the remainder of the current calendar year, and for one full calendar year after. You'll have until January 2nd, 11:59 PM PST of the current program year to earn Tier Credits to increase your Tier Level. Annually on January 3rd at 12:00 AM PST, your Tier Credits will reset to 0 for the new earning year.
