To Qualify
- Opt in to the DK Horse Breeders' Cup Classic King of the Track offer.
- Once opted-in, place a Straight Single Horse Win Wager on the 2025 Breeders' Cup Classic (Race 9 at Del Mar).
- Only your first Straight Single Horse Win Wager on the 2025 Breeders' Cup Classic will qualify as your eligible wager for this promotion.
- One Qualifying Bet per customer for this promotion.
- Minimum Qualifying Bet: $5

Promotion Notes
- You must opt-in to the "DK Horse: King of the Track” promotion to qualify.
- Qualifying Bets will be accepted until listed Post Time of the Breeders' Cup Classic on 11/01/2025.
- Should the Horse on your eligible wager win the Breeders' Cup Classic, you will receive the payout from this wager as standard while also winning a share of a $25,000 prize pool, which will be split evenly amongst all eligible players.
- The payout from the King of the Track Promotion will be awarded in the form of a Click-to-Claim offer on the DK Horse Promotions page.
- Upon redemption, the promotion will be paid as cash to your DK Horse Account.
- Click-to-Claim offer will expire 30 days following being issued.
- Eligible wagers on the Breeders' Cup Classic include advance wager pools.
- Ineligible Bets
- Excludes Place, Show, Exacta, Trifecta, Superfecta, Double, Pick 3-6, multi-horse, cashed out and voided bets
- Wagers on non-eligible races
- Placing multiple Straight Win Wagers in a single bet slip will void eligibility
- In the event of the Horse you have selected to win being scratched from the Breeders' Cup Classic, the eligible wager for this promotion defaults to the players first eligible wager following opt in to this promotion.
- In the event of a dead heat, all eligible wagers on Horses that make up the dead heat will be deemed as a winner for this promotion.
- The Horse/horses deemed winners of this promotion will be the confirmed winner of the 2025 Breeders' Cup Classic at the close of 11/01/25.
- This promotion will be paid out within 7 days (168 Hours) of the race finishing.
