To register on desktop, you’ll need to:

2. Follow the Prompts: Complete the sign-up process by entering the required information, including your identity, age, address, and last four digits of your social security number (SSN). This information is necessary to meet jurisdictional laws for legal, licensed, and regulated.

   • All players must comply with jurisdictional laws that mandate verification of identity, age, address, and SSN. These measures are in place for all legal, licensed, and regulated operators to ensure a safe gambling environment.

To register on mobile, you’ll need to:

1. Download the DK Horse App: If you don’t have a DraftKings account, start by downloading the DK Horse app from your mobile device's app store.

By clicking "agree" on the  registration page, you agree to the terms and conditions of the website. It is suggested that you read and understand them fully before proceeding. Once the account is created, funds will need to be added to the account before wagers can be made.

Account registration does require several bits of personal information. Due to regulatory requirements, we're required to verify your identity before allowing account access. Due to these requirements, we may ask you to provide documentation in order to prove your identity. All information provided during registration is kept completely secure and confidential.

• Full Name
• Residential Address: We must verify you live in a legal wagering state.
• Phone Number
• Email Address: As part of our main form of communication regarding your account, you may also receive marketing emails for different promotional offers.
• Social Security Number: We only need the last 4 digits, this is to verify your identity. If you later hit a taxable wager, we will then require a full 9 digit social for IRS tax reporting purposes.
• Date of Birth: This is used to verify your identity and that you are of legal wagering age.

If we are unable to verify your identity during registration with the information provided, we may require further documentation before your account can be created.

The website will create an advance deposit wagering (ADW) account in your name and manage funds on your behalf.

There is NO COST for creating or using an account with our site.

However, If an account is inactive for a period of twelve (12) months or more, DK Horse may charge a monthly account maintenance fee of $5.00 or five percent (5%) of the account balance, whichever is greater. If the balance in an inactive account is $5.00 or less, the account will be assessed the monthly account maintenance fee set forth in the preceding sentence, provided the charge will not exceed the available balance in the account.

If you have a new registration promo code, now is the time to enter it.

• As long as your information is verified at registration, the account creation process is immediate. You will be immediately logged into your new account with the username and password you created.
• If we require further documentation at registration, your account will be created when we are sufficiently able to verify your identity. These documents are processed in the order in which they are received.

• Be sure to include the email address you used at registration to enable efficient processing upon receipt.

You are required to prove identity, age, social security, and residency (PO Boxes aren't accepted).

To comply with this requirement, we may need the following:

• Valid driver's license 
• Government-issued photo ID
• Passport
• Utility invoices
  • Example: Home services for energy, water/sewer, gas, or trash.
•  Communications invoices
  • Example: Home services for phone, internet, cable, satellite, and mobile phones.
• Bank statements
• Leases with matching service and delivery addresses

Important: Other document types will NOT be accepted as proof of residence. 

Proof of residence documents need to show the following:

• Name
• Current address
• An invoice/customer/account number
• A date within 60 days of the upload date
