All deposits to DraftKings require a 1x play-through before your funds can be withdrawn.
Your deposit may qualify for a refund. If eligible, DraftKings customer support can initiate a refund to the original payment method 24 hours after the deposit was made.
If approved for a refund, customer support can initiate a refund 24 hours after your deposit to DraftKings, provided your account balance is equal to or greater than the deposit amount and the funds haven't been played through.
The following payment methods are non-refundable:
Try withdrawing the full deposit using the same payment method. You'll receive your withdrawal within the typical timeframe.
If you can't withdraw your deposit using the original payment method, contact the DraftKings Customer Support Team for refund assistance.
Once processed, it should appear in your bank account within 2-7 business days.
If you request a withdrawal to a different payment method before completing the 1x play-through requirement, your request may be canceled and refunded to the original deposit method. You should receive the refund in 2-7 business days.
