Once a limit is set, it can't be removed or made less restrictive until the waiting period is up for that limit—you can make your limit more restrictive at any time. We strongly recommend double-checking your limit settings before confirming to avoid any mistakes.
These limits are in place as part of our commitment to responsible gaming, and they can't be modified once submitted. For more information about limits and responsible gaming resources, visit our Responsible Gaming Center.
After you’ve set a limit, there is a waiting period until you can increase it (make it less restrictive). The waiting period depends on the type of limit and where you live. You can easily see when your personal waiting periods end on your limit pages or when you try to increase your limit.
If you submit an increase to your player limit (to make it less restrictive) after the waiting period ends for that limit, there will be an additional 24-hour waiting period to activate it. After the 24-hour waiting period, you'll need to head back to the player limits page and confirm the change for it to apply. Note: This 24-hour waiting period doesn't apply to contest limits.
