Can I share my account with another person?

You are prohibited from allowing any other person to access or use your gaming account. All activity in your account is your responsibility and only the account holder is authorized to operate an associated DraftKings account. Only the Authorized Account Holder may contact us regarding an account and only the Authorized Account Holder may register personal payment methods or gift cards for their DraftKings account.

 

What should I do if my account has been misallocated, compromised, or otherwise mishandled?

If you believe your account has been misallocated, compromised, or mishandled please contact the DraftKings Customer Support Team for assistance. Please provide all pertinent information related to your claim and a Player Advocate will attempt to address your support ticket within 24 hours.
