How do I change the phone number on my DraftKings account? (US)

- Visit the Login & Security page to change your phone number on file.
- Please don't attempt to create a new account if you've lost your login details.
- Your phone number associated with your account will be used for SMS two-factor authentication. Please be sure to enter a mobile phone number that you can receive texts to.
- If you are unable to update the information yourself, you can contact the DraftKings Customer Support Team for assistance.
How to update your mobile phone number on the DraftKings Sports & Casino app
- Login to the DraftKings Sports and Casino app.
- Tap on the profile icon at the top left.
- Select Login & Security.
- Select Login Security Preferences.
- If you have two-factor authentication enabled, you may be prompted to verify your identity at this step.
- Select Edit Number and enter your updated phone number.
- Select Save Number.
- Verify your phone number by entering the code sent to your new phone number.

- Login to the DraftKings Daily Fantasy mobile app.
- Tap on the profile icon at the top right.
- Select Login & Security.
- Select Edit Number and enter your updated phone number.
