What can I do if I deposited to the wrong product? (CA)


Funds deposited to one product may not be transferable for use across all products, and some deposit and withdrawal capabilities are available only for specific products. Learn more about how you can leverage winnings, bonuses, and in some cases, deposits, across products.

If you’ve deposited funds into a product you didn’t intend to use, review your options below.

Play-through

You can play-through deposited funds to make them eligible for use on other products.

    • Note: Winnings are available to use across all DraftKings platforms.

Withdraw

You can request a withdrawal of your winnings via your account page. It can take up to 48 hours for your withdrawal request to process, but most transactions are approved much quicker. If there is a question concerning the transaction, you will be contacted via email to provide more information or with alternate directions. Once a withdrawal has been approved, the funds will be posted to your account by your financial institution. Learn more about how long withdrawals take.

    • Note: Deposited funds should be played through at least once or we will require they be refunded to the original payment method, without exceptions, when requesting a withdrawal. We understand that occasionally funds may need to be returned before they are completely played through, but frequent abuse of exceptions may subject you to restrictions and possible account closure.

Refund

  • You can contact the DraftKings Customer Support Team to initiate a refund of the deposit.
    • Important Note: The DraftKings Customer Support Team is only able to refund a player’s deposit if the deposit method is PayPal, debit card, or credit card. If it’s any other method, players would need to withdraw the funds back to the original payment method.
  • Refunds can't be processed until after the deposit has settled. Wait at least 24 hours after making the deposit before contacting DraftKings for a refund. 
    • Credit/debit refunds can take up to 7 to 10 business days to be reflected on your statement.
