The Progressive Promos (Tiered Offers) system introduces an enhanced multi-tiered promotional experience that makes it easier for you to engage with progressive promos. Previously, you had to visit a separate page to track progressive promo’s progress, but now you can easily see it within the promotion's detail view on the app or website. This update simplifies promotion eligibility, provides transparent tracking, and enables you to unlock progressive discounts and rewards as they meet specific purchase thresholds, which makes the process more engaging and seamless.

Currently, the Progressive Promos that are supported in-product are Cash Climb and Hand Race.

In the Promos tab, you can see and opt-into offer cards, as with many of the existing promotions.

 

Available detail view:

• The detail view supports details like how the promo works, eligible games, and the levels of the promo prior to opting in.
  • Important: You can locate the promotion’s Terms of Use on the See Details page.

 

In progress reward card:

• After opting in, you will see a reward card in their Rewards section.
• The card features progress tracking and can be tapped on to see the promo detail view.

 

In progress detail view:

• After opting in, the detail view displays progress tracking, and details about the levels of the promo and bonuses earned.

In progress offer card:

• The offer card remains in progress in your Promos section.

Completed reward card:

• If you complete all levels, the reward card will change to a completed status and move to the history section.

Completed/Ended detail view:

• After you have completed all requirements or when the promo expires, the detail view will also reflect the completed/ended status.

Ended Reward Card

• If the promotional period ends before completing all levels, the reward will change to an Ended status and move to the history section. The detail view will recap the outcome of the promotion, similar to the completed detail view.
