If there are technical issues with the promotional offer, timeframes for you to receive any promotional rewards may take between three (3) to five (5) business days from the date and time you opted into the reward.

• DK Dollars do not expire and will be used automatically prior to any cash in your balance.
• Crowns and Tier Credits don’t expire.
• Casino Spins may expire depending on the promotional offer. Be sure to check the Terms and Conditions for details, including any game-specific restrictions or expiration timelines.

If you're credited with Casino Spins, they’ll be automatically available the next time you open the eligible game. You won’t see Casino Spins in your account balance, but once you launch the game, your spins will appear and activate.

Once the Promotional Period ends, any opt-in attempt will not register, and the Casino Credits, Casino Spins, Crowns, Tier Credits, or DK Dollars will not be applied.
