On your mobile device, we’ll guide you through using your camera to take clear images of the front and back of your ID.

Hold your phone steady to avoid blurry pictures and make sure the text is easy to read.

Double-check that your ID isn’t expired! Place your ID on a flat surface while on the Get Started page.

Hold your phone over it, and ensure the front is fully visible in the viewfinder. Finish up on your mobile device: Submit the captured image of the front side of your ID.

Hit Submit Image for Validation. Once it’s done, click Success!

On the To Get Started page, flip your ID so the barcode is visible on the back of your ID.

Hold your phone over it and make sure the barcode is sharp and in focus. If prompted, keep the ID flat while scanning.

Capture the back of your ID, then click Submit. Not happy with the photo? Tap Retake to try again!

Providing your Social Security Number (SSN) is required by law and ensures the safety and security of your account.

Complete the verification process by entering your SSN and clicking, Next.
