If you’re a US, Alberta, Canada, or Ontario, Canada based Sportsbook and Casino customer, you can also request a callback via the Chatbot.

  • Important Note: The option to request a callback is only available for logged in Sports & Casino customers within the US. Callback isn’t available for Fantasy Sports customers. 
    • Callback requests are processed by weighing the severity of the issue and your place in the queue as Customer Support is available. Customer Support may also reach out to you via email if your request could be better handled via email. If your callback request is approved, Customer Support will call you at the number you provided in your request.
