How do I track my withdrawal with DraftKings? (CA)


The withdrawal tracker allows you to quickly and easily track requested withdrawals from DraftKings. Each withdrawal has its own entry in the withdrawal tracker on your withdrawal page and includes the following details:

How to access the withdrawal tracker from an email

  1. After you've requested a withdrawal, you'll receive an email from DraftKings that includes a link to the withdrawal tracker.
  2. Click Track Withdrawal in the email.
  3. You'll be redirected to the withdrawal tracker page for the specific withdrawal and can view withdrawal details.

Note: If you have multiple withdrawals pending, the email link will take you just to the withdrawal listed in the email.

How to access the withdrawal tracker from your account

  1. Log into DraftKings on web or mobile. 
  2. For Desktop: Click your username in the top right corner of the homepage and select Account Information from the dropdown that appears.
    • For App: Click your profile in the top right corner. 
  3. For Desktop: In the left rail of My Account, click Withdraw.
    • For App: Click the Withdraw button at the top of the Profile page. 
  4. Below Pending Withdrawals on the right-hand side, click View Status for the withdrawal you'd like to track. 
    • If you have multiple pending withdrawals, you'll see a section for each within the withdrawal tracker. 
  5. You'll be redirected to the withdrawal tracker page for the specific withdrawal and can view withdrawal details.

Withdrawal processing times differ by withdrawal method. Once a withdrawal has been labeled as "processed" on the withdrawal tracker, the timeline for you to receive your withdrawal depends on your withdrawal method.
