Where will my reward be sent?

Physical reward shipments will be sent to the ship-to address entered during checkout.

  • Virtual rewards will be sent electronically to the email address provided.
  • Note: UPS & FedEx don't deliver to PO boxes.

When can I expect to receive my award?

The estimated delivery time for your physical reward is 2-5 weeks. You'll be notified via email once your reward has been shipped.

  • Virtual awards will arrive in your inbox within minutes of ordering.

How are orders shipped?

Most physical orders are shipped via ground shipping service. Some of the larger physical items will be shipped via truck.

  • Gift card orders are sent via email. You'll receive an email shortly after placing your that includes your virtual gift card and instructions on how to retrieve it.
  • Other virtual rewards are also sent via email and should arrive in your inbox within minutes of ordering.

Can I refuse a shipment?

If you choose to refuse a shipment for any reason other than shipping damage, you'll be responsible for all shipping charges and the item won't be refunded.
