Resolution: Make sure you stay on the PayPal sign-in page until the deposit is successfully processed.

• If your PayPal deposit shows a submitted status, it will apply toward the deposit limit for up to 12 hours.
  • Please Note: If after 12 hours we have not been able to update the status to successful, we will consider the transaction to have failed and will remove the amount that has been temporarily counted toward the player limit. 
• You’re welcome to set your own deposit limits anytime by visiting our Player Limits page.

Resolution: DraftKings does not permit the use of PayPal Business accounts. Please use a personal PayPal account or an alternative deposit method.

To find transaction information on PayPal:

1. Log into your PayPal account. 
2. Click Activity in the top navigation bar. 
3. Set the:
   • Start date for the day before you deposited. 
   • End date for today’s date. 
4. Click Filters and below Filter by transaction type, select Payments. 
5. The page will automatically update with any payments sent during the selected time period. Locate the DraftKings transaction and click the down arrow icon to the right of the transaction.
6. Your payment method, Transaction ID, and Invoice ID will all be available for review.
