A Casino Play & Get promotional offer allows you to earn a reward by wagering a certain amount on eligible DraftKings games. Rewards may include Casino Credits, Casino Bonus Funds, Crowns, Tier Credits or DK Dollars. The wagering threshold of settled gameplay for eligible Casino games are specified in the Terms and Conditions of the applicable promotional offer. 

You will be credited immediately upon achieving the required gameplay requirement, unless stated otherwise in the applicable promotional offer’s Terms and Conditions.

If there are technical issues with the promotion, timeframes for players to receive any promotional offer credits may take between three (3) to five (5) business days from the date and time a player earns such a reward.

You will be credited in Casino Credits, Casino Bonus Funds, Crowns, Tier Credits or DK Dollars immediately upon completing the gameplay threshold requirement during the Earning Period as specified in the applicable promotional offer Terms and Conditions.

Casino Credits or Casino Bonus Funds received pursuant to the Casino Play & Get promotional offer will expire after seven (7) calendar days from the date and time they are credited to your DraftKings account.

• DK Dollars don’t expire and will be used automatically prior to any cash in your balance.
• Crowns and Tier Credits don’t expire.

A Casino Play & Get promotional offer can credit DK Dollars, Casino Bonus Funds, Crowns, Tier Credits, or Casino Credits. The specific reward for a particular Casino Play & Get promotional offer will be listed in the applicable Terms and Conditions of the promotional offer.

You must opt into the Casino Play & Get promotional offer to have their gameplay counted during the Earning Period. Any gameplay before opting in doesn’t qualify and won’t be counted toward the Casino Play & Get promotional offer.

Yes, all promotional offers (including, without limitation, Casino Play & Get promotional offers) will have an expiration date listed in the Terms and Conditions of the applicable promotional offer.
