If you open a casino game and select to use Casino Credits, but do not have Casino Credits to wager, you’ll encounter this error.

What can I do?
Tap Launch in Cash to start the game using your cash balance instead of your Casino Credits.

What's Happening?
If you open a casino game and select to use Casino Credits, but either don’t have enough Casino Credits to wager or run out of Casino Credits while wagering, you’ll encounter this error. For your convenience, your remaining Casino Credits were converted to DK Dollars.

What can I do?
Tap the Launch in Cash button to launch the game and select your cash balance.

What's Happening?

What can I do?

The DraftKings Casino app you have is outdated, and a newer version is now available.

What can I do?
Updating your app to the latest version will resolve this error. To find the latest app version, visit your device’s App Store.

 

Unable To Locate You

What’s Happening?
When trying to launch the casino game, we were unable to locate you in a jurisdiction where DraftKings Casino is offered.

What can I do?
Restarting the app and performing a fresh relocation should resolve the issue. If it persists, contact the DraftKings Customer Support Team for further troubleshooting. 

 

Game Failed To Launch

What’s happening?
The casino game you attempted to launch was unable to load. Games may be down periodically for maintenance and updates.

What can I do?
Tap the OK button or X, and you’ll be returned to the Lobby. From the Lobby, reopen the game again. If the error continues, reach out to the DraftKings Customer Support Team.

What’s Happening?
The casino game was unable to launch due to an error while opening the game.

What can I do?
Tap Retry Game to attempt to launch the game again. If it can’t load, you’ll see the error message below.

 

Casino Game Failed To Launch On Retry

What’s Happening?
If the casino game is unable to launch on retry, it may be unavailable, or there is a stuck round. If the game encounters an error while attempting to load, similar games are suggested.

What can I do?
In this case, you can reach out to the DraftKings Customer Support Team for assistance or try one of the suggested games. Tap Return to Lobby to go back to the Casino Lobby.
