If you open a casino game and select to use Casino Credits, but either don’t have enough Casino Credits to wager or run out of Casino Credits while wagering, you’ll encounter this error. For your convenience, your remaining Casino Credits were converted to DK Dollars.
What can I do?
Tap the Launch in Cash button to launch the game and select your cash balance.
DK Dollars will always be used first when wagering. Learn more about DK Dollars.
Demo Mode Unavailable
What's Happening?
A Demo Mode of the casino game you wanted to try is unavailable or may be temporarily down.
What can I do?
